What are your delivery options?

UK & International deliveries are sent via DPD signed for next day delivery.

FREE next day delivery throughout the UK, Monday - Friday.

4-7 days delivery for the rest of the world.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be sent the following day. Any orders placed after 5pm Friday will be sent the following Monday.


Returns and refunds 

Should you want to return your item please send an email to contact@stashandstow.com.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

All sale and discounted items unfortunately cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Which devices can I charge with the battery?

Your power bank can charge anything that is powered by a USB cable. Mobile phones, tablets and e-readers. 

 

Can I remove the battery? 

Yes! You can remove the power bank from the inside pocket. 

 

How do I recharge the battery?

You can remove the power bank and plug in with the wall adapter or mico-USB.

 

Can I take the battery on my flight?

You will be fine to carry your 10000mAh power bank in hand luggage. It is not allowed to carry power banks in checked luggage. (Please confirm with your airline before travel).
